Light control boards LCB96 are designed for the automatic local, manual or distant control (from the control station)of the lighting networks and the devices of the manufacture buildings, structures, territories of any objects with any light sources (electric incandescent lamps, DBC, luminescent lamps etc.). the Light control boards LCB96 provide:
- Switch-on and switch-off of the lighting system from the photosensor signal when the specified lighting level is reached.
- Switch-on and switch-off of the lighting system in specified periods of time (for example, in the technological breaks in the plant work) with the help of the programs in the programmed regime (only LCB 9601scheme).
- Manual Switch-on and switch-off of the lighting system with the buttons on the board’s door
- Switch-on and switch-off of the lighting system with the help of teleautomatic devices from the control station of the energetic department.
The nominal working regime is intermittent continuous duty, intermittent duty and short-time duty according to the State Standard (12434-83).

The design
Light control board consists of two parts: the enclosure from the iron sheet of the add-done model with the front door and the remote photohead, plastic enclosure with the device for fixation with photoconducting cell inside. The board and the photohead are connected with the 2-cord unscreened control cable with the cut of the cord not less than 0,35 mm2 and with the length not more than 50 m. The lead-in of the cables and wires is made through sealing glands which are placed on top or on the bottom of the board. The electrical scheme of the board is placed on the inner side of the door. On the panel inside the board there are such components: the power part – automatic switcher and electromagnetic starter; control equipment – photoswitch, clip blocks and in LCB9601 – programmer (timer) of the regimes. In LCB9601 series the automatic control regime of the light is possible only by time, by the time and the level of the lighting and only by the lighting level. The choice of the control regimes is made with the switcher of SA2 series, and operative control – by the buttons SB1, SB2 on board’s door. The change of the control from the automatic regime (automatic) to the manual (local) is made by the switcher SA1. The automatic regime of the light control only by lighting level and the manual regime are possible in the scheme of LCB9602. The automatic regime of the light control by programmer (timer) and the manual regime are possible in the scheme of LCB9603. The distant control can be made from the remote commutative device (contact КХ) from the control station etc. In the boards of the control of the street lighting control, the equipment is installed inside the enclosure. The manufacturer produces all non-standard individual models which are not listed in the typical project.
